Franciacorta Extra Brut 2010 Ricci Curbastro

€ 50,00

50% Chardonnay - 50% Pinot Noir. The fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and partly (about 20%) in oak barrels, followed by the draft in the spring with the beginning of a slow refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method of Franciacorta. The bottles remain in the stack for at least 42 months (total from the 48-month vintage) ensuring the unmistakable bouquet due to the contact and autolysis of the yeasts. After disgorgement, with the addition of a very dry dosage syrup (only 2 g / liter), Franciacorta further refines in the cellar for a few months. Bright straw color illuminated by a very fine and continuous perlage. In some vintages, copper notes deriving from Pinot Noir.
Perfume with toasted notes and mineral flashes, then fresh fruits, almonds and bread crust. The taste is soft in the mouth despite its extremely dry, fresh, beautiful fat and consistent flavor.

It contains: Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
