90% Chardonnay - 10% Pinot Noir - Disgorgement 2019. Soft and progressive pressing of the bunches with fractionation of the musts; alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, with the contribution of 10% of reserve wines from the best vintages. Second
fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging a
contact with its yeasts for at least 18 months, followed
for another 2 months after disgorgement. It presents itself with a soft and abundant foam, with subtle and persistent perlage.
Straw yellow in color with soft greenish reflections and a rich and persistent bouquet perfume, with fruity and floral notes, soft aromas of yeast and bread crust. Full, clean taste, with a pleasant and decisive fruity and acidulous note.
