100% Nero d'Avola - Vintage 2020. Nero d'Avola is one of the most traditional Sicilian vines, with an intense color and a powerful structure. The grapes are fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Medium-long macerations and controlled temperatures ensure a good product structure. Torre Saracena Nero d'Avola has a ruby red color with a bouquet of ripe fruit. On the palate, the fruits continue from the nose with the addition of spices creating an intense, well-balanced palate with a harmonious and warm flavor, ideal with first courses, soups, game or red meats.
