Obtained by infusing juniper berries in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. Juniper is a plant from the conifer family and gives the Grappa an aromatic and persistent taste. The berries are harvested directly by our distillery in the summer and autumn months in Vallagarina, Trentino.
