Particularly bright is the color, deep ruby red, characterized by a fruity aroma of black cherry, cherry, raspberry and blackberry accompanied by spicy hints. The particular maceration technique gives this wine an exceptional intensity of color and an uncommon fullness in the mouth. A well balanced acidity with an important tannic structure, together with a well balanced sugary residue, guarantee this wine fullness of taste and persistence of sensations reminiscent of the legendary Lambruscone of the past.
