100% Pinot Grigio - Organic Wine - Vintage 2021. Pinot Grigio has been cultivated in Trentino for decades. In the foothills and valley bottom vineyards - now converted to organic viticulture - of Lavis and Gardolo, on the sandy-sandy soils originating from the deposits of the Avisio torrent and from the alluvial sediments of the Adige river, Pinot Grigio finds the ideal substrate. Upon organoleptic analysis, the wine shows an intense golden yellow color, with a warm and inviting aroma, rich in ripe fruit and honey. In the mouth the rich minerality stands out, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
