Obtained by cold infusing nettle leaves in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. The nettle is a wild plant from the Orticacee family. It is picked in the spring, when the plant is still young, on Monte Stivo in Trentino. The nettle is washed, selected and bottled the same day. The herby and slightly sharp flavour gives the Grappa a distinct personality.
