complex. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel,

large oak barrel on its lees with periodicals
batonage. The wine is bottled during the summer and
marketed in the fall. It has a deep straw yellow color. The nose highlights notes of Williams pear, bread crust, white peach. In the mouth it is large and full of fruity sensations
